THE HILIGHTS OF VILLA MAVRAKI ARE: ● The constant refreshing sea breeze from the North, allowing you to stay cool in the heat with the windows open to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. ● The proximity to Agios Ioannis beach and small church on the cliff, where "Mamma Mia!" movie was filmed. ● The three full bathrooms (two of them en suite), providing comfort and privacy on your vacation. ● Weddings and other events are allowed - prior to reservation please let us know details.
WELCOME MESSAGE: ● You are welcome to stay in a private home 'away from home', relax and enjoy a lovely experience. Prior to completing your booking you'll be asked to agree on the house rules, otherwise my property might not suit your requirements. ● My guests will have the privilege to enjoy sunbeds and umbrellas for free on the enchanting "Perivoliou" beach. ● You'll have your complete privacy, but we’ll be available to offer help throughout your stay, if you need something. ● Please remember, this is a private home (not a hotel for an overnight stay) and we've put a lot of effort into making it a lovely place to be enjoyed by all. With that in mind, we expect our guests to treat it with respect.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The property is located in the rural area of "Mavraki" in Glossa. It is near the road to the beach and the chapel of Agios Ioannis, on Mamma Mia Cliff, setting for the famous wedding scene. An early morning drive from the house to the site, before the visitors start arriving, feels like another world entirely. To enjoy the island to the fullest, a vehicle is essential. We can arrange car hire prior to your arrival if you wish.
