Villa Melenia 2 is part of a two-unit building, each with a separate entrance, set on a 1,500 m² plot. The villa is arranged over two levels: the first features the living room, dining area, and kitchen, while the bedrooms are on the upper floor. Enjoy a spacious terrace and rooftop with panoramic sea views, as well as a private courtyard. There are three bedrooms, one located on the rooftop, offering uninterrupted views of Agia Pelagia Bay and access to a 50 m² terrace, perfect for sunbathing. The villa comfortably accommodates 7–8 guests. Use of the pool and barbecue is only possible if both Villa Melenia 1 & 2 are rented together by one family; otherwise, these amenities are not available.
