Villa Mikro Chorio (meaning "small village" in Greek) is an exclusive vacation property with pool in Paros. It stands on a magnificent 10,000 sq. meter olive grove (more info can be obtained on the worldwide web). The property, built like a Cycladic-style village, offers 180° views of the sea and the opposite island of Naxos. It can accommodate up to 10-11 adults. A baby cot is also available upon request. Since the villa is located in the hills of Kostos at the end of the access road, you can enjoy absolute peace and tranquility. The location ensures lots of privacy while all attractions and amenities (beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries...) are quickly accessible. In addition, the property has its own access driveway with parking for up to 6 cars (see aerial photo). The views from the interior, the terraces, and the pool are just breathtaking, and the indoor and outdoor living spaces are carefully designed to offer maximum privacy and comfort. The 260m² (2,800 sq ft) living space consists of a main house with two fully equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor), indoor and outdoor dining areas, a large living room, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet, a laundry room, and a guest toilet. Around the main house, there are 4 additional guesthouses consisting each of a double bedroom and shower room, thus 5 double bedrooms and 5 shower rooms are available in total. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, double beds with news mattresses, bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Finally, the vast outdoor with its 300m² (3,300 sq ft) of terraces, covered living and dining area with its fully equipped kitchen offers lots of space and relaxation, while sun loungers and umbrellas allow you to fully enjoy your time around the pool area.

Next to the villa you will be able to walk the old Byzantine path leading up the hill or down to the sea. Around the villa you will enjoy absolute peace in an environment full of botanical smells together with an amazingly clear and starry sky at night! For those who like to discover local products, just a stone's throw away there is a small traditional farm (Katikia Old Farmhouse) owned by an adorable man producing wine, oil, fruits, and vegetables. He is always happy to organize small tasting sessions and meet new people while explaining them all the products and sharing anecdotes.
