Renovated in 2023, Villa MINIMA is part of the Kournas Beach complex and has a wonderful view of the sea, mountains, gardens, and pools. Its pool is shared with 5 other properties, which are however rarely occupied. The endless, golden sandy beach of Georgioupolis is just 800 m from the property, while at 2 km is the deep blue Kourna lake. At less than a 30-minute drive, you can find yourself wandering in the picturesque alleys of the old town of Rethymno or Chania.
The owner may be available on weekends. Daily, staff who take care of the complex maintenance can help with anything needed.
