Villa Naya is a spacious and fully equipped villa with a fabulous garden 2 min from the waters. On the ground level, there is a fully organised kitchen, two large living rooms, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The spacious garden includes a patio, a dining table, a barbeque, a stone oven, a big swing and a garden shower amongst trees and flowers Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms share a second bathroom and a large 360' veranda.. One of the bedrooms is connected to the attic with a queen double bed. Wonderful view at the sea, from the 360 veranda, as well as to the surrounding garden of the villa and the neighborhood. Fast 100mbps Wi-Fi is available at all premises of the Villa, in case you have some work to do!! For entertainment there is a 49 inch smart TV with EON satellite full sports & movies channels and NETFLIX movies included. Fresh towels & clean sheets are of course provided. Villa Naya by the beach is settled in a peaceful and safe neighborhood at Athens Riviera Coast. An amazing beach is at 2 min walk with the life of the bars and their food & cocktails !! The beach is awarded the Blue Flag from the European Tourism Organization. The beach bars serve good cocktails, fruit salads,pizza, club sandwich and cheeseburgers. Toilets & dressing rooms are provided right above the beach bar. Rent a kayak, a canoe or a sea bike and explore the coast. The bars stay open all day long until late at night with sea vibes The right side of the beach is not organised with umbrellas & beds, if you prefer your privacy. A greek traditional street food right by the waves, at the right side of the beach !! An ouzo little restaurant by the beach, at the left side !! A fresh fish restaurant is at 300m. "Lavraki". Enjoy the seafood!! A kiosk (mini market) by the beach road will provide you your necessary items. A public basketball course is at a neighborhood street at walking distance. A bus station at the beach road gets you to the Metro station of "Ellinikon" and from there to Athens, if you want to explore the city and the surrounding villages !! The village of Saronida is at 1.2 km where you can find a big supermarket, atm, grocery stores, cinemas, billiards and the buzz of the town!! The fishermen and the old fish taverns which we suggest are at Palaia Fokaia at about 5 km from the Villa. The lake of Vouliagmeni is at 18 km where you can enjoy a beautiful spectacle with your brunch!! You can swim also, or have a massage!! The magnificent monument, the Temple of Poseidon is at 19 km, visit this majestic place with a spectacular view and enjoy your coffee!! The Port of Lavrio is at 18 km and the airport of Athens ( Eleftherios Venizelos ) is at 22 km. Yes, we suggest renting a car so you can explore the full sightseeing of the bigger area!!
