Hello! My name is Manolis Sofikitis. I come from Skopelos, where I grew up, and yes(!) I had a pretty amazing childhood growing up here! My family, my parents and siblings, are involved with tourism since I can remember! So even though, I got my degree as an Electrical Engineer from Chania, Crete, I decided to return to Skopelos and do what I always loved to, hosting people from all over the world and helping them get the best out of their vacations. I try to spend as much time as possible in Skopelos countryside, mountains and beaches and to explore the abundant hidden surprises of nature. Either by bicycle, by foot, by boat or even by car there are so many amazing places to discover around the island. I like listening and playing music. I am experimenting with piano, trumpet and mpouzouki (the most popular traditional Greek music instrument), and lucky me (and you!) we have a long tradition of Rembetiko (folklore Greek) music in Skopelos, which you can enjoy in many taverns and in lots of genres.

Escape to your own private paradise at our stunning Villa Nirvana. The villa’s mountainside location offers a truly unique view over Skopelos Town, harbor, and mountainous landscape. Surrounded by pine and olive trees, the villa’s beautiful private pool is the perfect place to spend your days. As a two story home, Villa Nirvana offers a comfortable base for easy island living. On the first floor, you’ll find an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space. It includes a comfortable seating area with a TV and a dining table for meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/stove top, coffee-making facilities, and electric barbecue. Additional amenities include a washing machine, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. A full bathroom is also located on the ground floor, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, the spacious bedroom features two queen beds: the first sits in the main space and the second is set in a loft-style alcove accessed by a small staircase. Beautiful wooden ceilings and large sea-facing windows give the space a classic island feel. Outside, the beautiful garden patio features an outdoor dining table, sun loungers by the pool, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off. There is also a separate building with a WC and the washing machine for added convenience. Please note that, as the property is located on the side of a mountain, the road to and from the house is steep, so care is recommended when driving or walking. Small or compact vehicles, such as a Fiat Panda or similar, are recommended for easier access. I or an Emerald Skopelos team member will meet you at check-in and provide local recommendations and assistance throughout your stay. I am available 24/7 during your visit.

Please note that, as the property is located on the side of a mountain, the road to and from the house is steep, so care is recommended when driving or walking.
