Experience comfort and elegance in this beautifully renovated luxury villa located in the charming seaside village of Anavyssos, one of the closest coastal suburbs of Athens on the Athens Riviera overlooking the Saronic Gulf. The villa is just a 5-minute drive from beautiful sandy beaches and offers an ideal location for exploring the area. It is only 30 minutes from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos, about an hour from the historic center of Athens and the iconic Acropolis of Athens, and just 20 minutes from the breathtaking Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion. The area offers excellent infrastructure with restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, providing comfort, privacy, and the perfect setting for a relaxing stay on the Athens Riviera.
