Complete with Private Outdoor Pool & Children’s compartment, BBQ Facilities & Playground, boasting 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms ensuring comfort & style at its higher end.  * Oraia Eleni Villa is part of Agios Dimitrios Villas, an exclusive complex of three independent villas, each offering privacy, separate entrances, private pools & separate facilities. Spanning 130m² of inviting interiors, Oraia Eleni Villa blends the ease of a modern holiday home with the warmth of a cozy retreat, offering 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms ensuring comfort & style at its higher end. Accommodating up to six guests in real beds - plus one more guest that can be accommodated in a folding bed, located in the living room area - the Villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.   The wonderful Villa offers a wonderful 600m² outdoor area, incorporating unique style and sumptuous furnishings to create a chic retreat.
