A three-story island villa, part of a complex of 6 independent residences with a mutual pool. Tranquil, spacious, sun-drenched, hillside with stunning panoramic sea view, sunrises & star gazing. Located 10minute walk from the acclaimed Golden Beach (Chrissi Akti). Ideal location for all Island activities & quiet, restful evenings. The villa offers a large garden, a swimming pool and a BBQ. The house indoor area is 120sq. meters including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
Chrisi Akti (Golden Beach) is one of the most popular and beautiful beaches on the island and it's only a few minutes away from the villa. The beach is well organized and ensures to bathers all the comforts throughout the day. Apart from the endless swimming in its clear waters and sunbathing, the beach is suitable for water sports, the windsurfing is the most famous, while there is also a diving school. Also, it has beach-volley field, sailing events and championships of kite surfing. The infrastructure is excellent and, among other things, you will find many restaurants, beach bars and several hotel complexes and rental accommodation. The beach is "paved" with fine sand and is approximately 1 km in extent.
