Villa Perris is complex of rooms and apartments with an enchanting view of the cave of Kassiopi, one of the most picturesque villages in Corfu where Corfiot traditions, crystal waters, unspoiled beaches as well as tranquility, entertainment & night life co-exist harmoniously. The complex is situated overlooking the fishing port & next to the center of Kassiopi , 36km from Corfu town & 200m from the scenic beaches of the village, in some of which one can engage in a variety of water sports including scuba diving & underwater fishing.

The pretty village of Kassiopi is located on the north-east side of Corfu. It has an ancient church, the remains of a castle, a picturesque horseshoe shaped harbour & several beaches to choose from. Kassiopi's Castle is one of three Byzantine-period castles that defended the island before the Venetian era. The castles formed a defensive triangle, with Gardiki Castle guarding the island's south, Kassiopi Castle the northeast & Angelokastro the northwest. Kassiopi's harbour is the focal point of the town's social life by day & a pretty trendy place by night. There are numerous bars & a mix of tourist & traditional restaurants serving greek as well as international dishes. Nightlife is fairly lively with bars & discos providing evening entertainment. Sometime in the 5th century the temple of Kassios Zeus was converted to a Christian church to honour the Holy Mother – Panayia Kassopitra. In 1537 the church was burned to the ground by the Turks, it was restored between 1590 & 1591.
