Unlike Plaka, Almerida or Kokkinorio, in this hill-top they are only 4 recently built properties including ours and they sit wide apart in their respective plot of land ranging from 1500M2 to 4000M2. Our guests from previous season were enchanted by the villa and its location. We believe our villa is ideal for a fantastic family holiday in the sun. Chania is at 20 minutes and Rethymno at 40 minutes drive. We called our property villa Petra because it is stone built. There, you will benefit from a stunning view to the sea as well as the mountains behind and down the valley with its olive groves. It has its own private pool. 2 en-suite bedroom upstairs, one with king bed, one with 2 single. one bedroom downstairs with seperate bathroom.  We have special deals with our recommended local hire car that we pass onto our clients.
