Property info

Villa Petra is located on an old olive grove. Where the old trees and walls from long ago can still be seen. We have tried to keep it in its old state as much as possible, and also added new olive trees. Villa Pétra has a lot of privacy, a private parking and private plunge pool. Sunbeds, outside diner table and sun umbrellas. Grey house Villas, Villa Petra is located on the other side of Katouna, with a breathtakingly beautiful view over the sea, the islands of Meganisi, Kalamos and Skorpios and the harbour of Nikiana. You can really relax here. The terrain is quite steep. This makes it unsuitable for people who have difficulty walking, and not suitable for a wheelchair and walkers. The road from the old school in Katouna to Grey house Villa, Villa Petra, is currently still partly an unpaved rocky road. And especially the last part to the accommodation is very bumpy with sand, pebbles and rocks, and is very steep. Smaller cars may have problems driving up. We can pick you up and drop you off at and from the airport in Aktio Preveza. There are additional costs involved. BBQ and open fire are not allowed at Villa Pétra. Because off fires.

Taverna Kollokas is in Katouna, 400 meter from our house. Also is there a nice Coffee bar were you can have a good breakfast!
