Villa Stellina is a new villa which offers 3 bedrooms, a large livingroom with dinning area, a fully-equipped kitchen, verandas, patios, a sunlit pool side, BBQ and a large parking for three cars. Villa Stellina is situated on the hilltop of Marathokefala, a beautiful small village surrounded by fields of olive groves and vineyards. Its unique position offers panoramic views over the green hills and fantastic view over Kolimbari.Two minutes by car from Kolimbari the center of the area, four minutes from the coast and twenty minutes from Chania. A rare combination of seclusion and at the same time being close to all kinds of amenities.
In Kolymvari you can find all necessary conveniences, including supermarkets, bakeries, a post-office, bank and ATM machines, petrol stations and a doctor's office.
