Balconies on all levels enjoy these stunning sea views, while each floor features spacious, fully furnished verandas—ideal for relaxing with a coffee, dining outdoors, or simply taking in the scenery at any time of day. 1) THREE- BEDROOM VILLA (200 sqm – up to 9 guests) This spacious main villa is arranged over two floors and offers comfortable, understated living: Upper Floor: -Master Bedroom with queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom -Second Bedroom with one double bed and one single bed -Third Bedroom with a double bed -Shared bathroom located in the hallway -Two foldable camp beds can be added in the Master and Third Bedrooms to accommodate the 8th and 9th guests Mid Floor: -Spacious living area with a working desk -Fully equipped kitchen -Dining area suitable for group meals and gatherings 2) TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT (80 sqm – Ground Level up to 4 guests) Located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, this independent apartment offers: -Two bedrooms with double beds (both with en-suite bathrooms) -Living room with an open-plan lounge and kitchen -Guest WC The outdoor area is a true highlight of Villa Sunny, featuring a lush garden filled with flowers, natural shade, and a BBQ area—perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The villa can host up to 9 guests whether two foldable camp beds will be placed in the Master and 3rd Bedroom (if needed), accommodating an 8th and 9th guest. It is an ideal choice for those seeking privacy and seclusion, only 10 minutes away from Skiathos town and some of the island's most famous beaches. 15 min driving from the airport & 1 km from Achladies beach. So close to nature that the garden is often frequented by bunnies, pheasants, and partridges. Don't be surprised if you meet at the garden little cute Squirrs Lastly, even though the house is located only 1,5 klm away from the beach and right off Skiathos Main Road, access to the property is only accessible via a slightly uphill road. Rending a car is strongly recommended. After 900m of the steep pathway, you are rewarded by the infinitive 360o sea views. Housekeeping is included in rates every 3 days
