Right in the middle of the scenic port, overlooking the endless blue of the sea, Villa Theodora offers authentic Greek hospitality in its renovated boutique studios. All rooms are bathed in the Greek light and offer all facilities one needs when on vacations. Classic elegant decorated studios and apartments, clean bathrooms, A/C, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette corner equipped with all the necessities and a delicious homemade breakfast served a la cart in the ground floor!
Villa Theodora was established in 1971 from my grandmother "yaya" Theodora. Nowadays, fully renovated in 2026, I am the third generation running this establishment always in accordance and respect to the principles that yaya Theodora set up, an authentic Greek hospitality experience for people who search comfort, simplicity and experiences. Ideal for families and couples, just 50 meters away from the sea with a view to remember. We are honored to welcome you to Villa Theodora.
In the Mythical beauty of Thrace region, just 30 km from Komotini and Xanthi town, just 70 km from Kavala’s international airport and from Alexandroupoli, with a long sandy beach of crystal clear waters, lays picturesque Fanari village. A place that many visitors choose every year as the ideal holiday destination, because of its natural beauty, its endless choices and its perfect location. Villa Theodora is the most central establishment right in front of the port.
