Property info

Our Villa accommodates 6 guests. The first floor consists of one bedroom (double bed), full bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony. The upper floor includes one bedroom (double bed), full bathroom, open kitchen with dining/living room area, a sofa that sleeps two, and a balcony with an amazing view. All units have access to the pool, pergola and to the garden. The Kalamata Airport is 50km away with a lot of flights from Europe between April-October . Athens is 240km (2 1/2 hours driving distance) . Beautiful beaches, natural waterfalls, serf spots, hiking, ancient ruins, amazing Greek tranditional food, fresh fish and excellent wine. All in a short driving distance from the Villa.

Neighborhood info

This brand-new three unit/two story complex is located in the Ano Kalo Nero area in a peaceful neighborhood overlooking the Ionian Sea and mountains. The complex is surrounded by natural beauty. This complex is an ideal location for those who want to relax away from the tourist attractions, but still remains a short 2km drive to the beach/taverns/shops. 6km away you reach the nearest town of Kiparissia. Each unit its fully equipment for cooking, incuding a stove, a large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and dishes. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided. TV and Wifi are also available.
