Welcome to our family villa that can accommodate up to 6 guests in a spacious property with stunning unobstructed views from every corner. It features an outdoor patio with a private pool, comfortable sun loungers and bean bags, and barbecue facilities.
The breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea can be admired from both the exterior and interior spaces, making it an ideal retreat for families, groups of friends, or remote holidays. Nearby, you'll find taverns, beach bars, and a mini-market while the host can assist you with everything you may need.
On the first floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (king-size bed), and a WC.
The second floor has two bedrooms (each with a king-size bed) and one bathroom.
The ground floor includes a room with a living area, a washer/dryer, and a freezer, as well as a closed garage.
Outside, you can enjoy the private pool with comfortable sun loungers and bean bags, an outdoor dining area with views of the Aegean Sea and the pool, a barbecue, and a spacious garden waiting for beautiful memories to be created and a place to make a photo shooting that will last.

Kalopigado is located on the eastern side of Athens, just a 17-minute drive from Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, 50 minutes from the city center of Athens, and 7 minutes from the port of Lavrio. The area provides easy access to Kalopigado Beach, which is only 200 meters away on foot. Approximately 6 kilometers from the house is the town of Lavrio, where you can stroll through picturesque streets, visit the port, and explore the market, which offers supermarkets, greengrocers, restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, fish taverns, cafes, and more. Enjoy fresh fish and a variety of seafood dishes or simply relax on the golden sands and in the crystal-clear waters of the coves.
