Luxury house with a private pool in Foinikas area, with magnificent view of the sea, the bay and the village of Posidonia. It consists of the main house which on the ground floor has an open plan kitchen-dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a storage room. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are a master bedroom with its own large bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement includes a bathroom, a large utility room and a garage. In the spacious surroundings, there is a guest house maisonette consisting of an open plan living room - kitchen, a WC, a bedroom and a bathroom. A shaded outdoor dining area with barbecue has been built, a swimming pool which has such an arrangement to provide unobstructed panoramic view.
The house is located in a quiet area but also in just 500m. from Finikas beach, with restaurants and cafes, for enjoyment and relaxation. This exceptional home offers all the comforts of a modern luxury residence.
