Bedroom Layout The villa features six bedrooms distributed across two levels: 1. Master bedroom: 115 ft² with private bathroom (21 ft²) 2. Studio suite: 138 ft² with private bathroom (20 ft²) 3. Bedroom: 82 ft² with private bathroom (20 ft²) 4. Bedroom: 82 ft² with private bathroom (20 ft²)5. 5. Bedroom: 56 ft² with shared bathroom (13 ft²) 6. Bedroom: 39 ft² with shared bathroom (13 ft²) and separate WC (20 ft²) Small Group Rate Information: Please note that for the Small Group Rate (up to 6 guests), only three bedrooms will be open and prepared for your stay. Specifically, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 3, and Bedroom 4 will be available. All common areas of the villa — including the living rooms, kitchens, outdoor areas, pool, and terraces — remain fully accessible and private for your group.
