OUTDOOR: The main outdoor area hosts a separate outbuilding used for barbeque and gathering occasions. It is equipped with high-end automatic appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, a dish-washer, a fridge and a large wooden massif dining table with a view over garden and the pool. The best place to calm down and enjoy your coffee/drink is an open sitting lounge room with pergola, which is equipped with stylish and comfortable garden furniture. It also has a very discreet guest WC used as a changing room for the use of pool as well as an outdoor shower. GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor of the villa hosts a large living room with fireplace fully modern equipped kitchen with brand name, high-end appliances, a large wooden massif dining table, a shower bathroom and a twin-bed guest room. Its entrance from the outside leads to the ground garden area with a terrace and a breakfast/dining table under pergola.
FIRST FLOOR: Through the main entrance guests are welcomed to the large main living room area. Paved with highest quality Dionyssos marble and equipped with hand-made classic furniture it combines comfort with elegance. A fireplace, a bathroom and a bar supplement the picture that is completed with a large balcony equipped with garden furniture where guests can enjoy their breakfast/lunch and which leads, through marble stairs, to the main garden plot. SECOND FLOOR: The second floor of the villa hosts the master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower bathroom, and 2 standard bedrooms with office desks and balconies and 1 bathroom with tub/Jacuzzi. THE ATTIC: The upper floor of the villa hosts a cozy and romantic attic with wonderful seaview equipped with a king-size double bed, a shower bathroom, a small kitchen, a fridge, an office-desk, a living room and a top private terrace.
