Vivian Art Apartments is a detached building, with eight private, spacious apartments with private balconies, all of which offer wide, 180° views to the sea, the surrounding mountains and the castle of Rethymnon, the famous ''Fortezza''. The interiors are tastefully decorated with brand new, modern furniture and on the walls you'll find paintings of famous abstract artists, such as Pablo Picasso, Mark Rothko, Gustav Klimt etc. The private kitchen in every apartment is fully equipped with all the small and big things you will need for cooking and more. All our properties are set up with great attention and care so that our guests will have a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Vivian Art Apartments offer a unique panoramic view of the town and the long coastline of Rethymno, as it is built on the hills of ''Koubes''. It is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and everything you will need for your daily needs and lifestyle (bakery, cafes, restaurants, gym etc) are available within walking distance. The public beach of ''Koubes'' is only 5min away on foot. Rethymnon, the third largest town on Crete, is an intriguing mixture of old-world charm and lively Cretan life. The vivacious atmosphere of the old town is just the place for a stroll on long summer evenings. The different eras and influences of the town can be seen in the unusual architecture and buildings. Around the picturesque harbour one can see the Venetian influence that later gave way to the Ottoman regime. The multitude of bars, cafes, tavernas, kafenions, and discos are guaranteed to provide entertainment to suit everyone's taste.
