Beautiful sea-front house with a great garden and barbeque,located by the beach of Megali Velanidia in Pagasitikos Gulf. Only 12 km from city of Volos and 9 km from Nea Aghialos airport. There is also a bus stop in the main street,100 metres from the property.Great idea for all seasons relaxing holidays.
Quiet seaside neighborhood,ideal for relaxing holidays.There is a tavern next to the property which operates from early in the morning with coffee and snacks till late at night as a tavern with seafood and steaks on grill, fresh salads etc. Additionally in about 5 minutes by car (4km)there is a small town ,Nea Aghialos where you can find everything you may need(bakery, super market , pharmacy etc).
