Vlichos villa is a beachfront two-storey house in the fenced plot of 4.500 qm, just a few meters from the sea. The house has spacious air conditioned rooms, two large living rooms , Wi-Fi in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen , two bathrooms and large terraces with breathtaking sea views. Free parking on the plot. Huge space for play within the plot and an excellent location for walking, biking and relaxing directly next to the sea.

Quiet coastal area just 1 km from the center of Amarinthos . Amarinthos is famous for its beautiful beaches, picturesque taverns directly next to the sea and a rich market with medical care. Vlichos villa is located 9 km from the historical city of Eretria in which you can visit the ancient theatre, archeological museum and ancient temple of Dionysos.
