The villa is located in the Koukounaries area, in an oasis of peace and greenery, 300 m from the beach of the same name and 12 km from Skiathos town. Koukounaries Beach is the most famous beach on the island and has umbrellas and sunbeds (for a fee), water sports and a marina where you can rent pleasure boats.
