It is a cottage on 30-acre seaside farm with olive & fruit trees, vegetable garden & beach forest of cedars & pines. It's isolated, traditional, sunny, cosy, ideal for all-time peaceful vacations. House capacity: 7-10 persons + enormous farm-camping potentiality. Nearest market: 4km away. In this inspiring paradise you can swim in the Ionian Sea, go for romantic long walks along endless seashore, mountaineering, yoga, meditation, daydream, eat fresh fruit from trees and even collect olives.
We will welcome our tenants as guests! They can enjoy complete privacy, while they can phone us, whenever they are in need. However, as the farm needs some work all the year round, we may have to visit the place during their stay, but always after letting them know and having their agreement.
There is actually no neighbourhood! There are no nearby houses.The only neighbouring house is usually empty, except for some summer time. Kalo-Nero is a village, 4 km away, where there are seaside restaurants, tavernas, cafeterias as well as a well-organised market. The nearest seaside town is Kyparissia, where there is a public hospital, the traditional upper-town, a castle and a square with shops, cafeterias, restaurants and tavernas. The modern part of the town has a central square and is full of restaurants, tavernas and cafeterias. There are also, lots of small nearby villages and archaeological sites to visit. Moreover, visitors can enjoy excursions, including Neda-river trekking and swimming in turquoise pools formed by waterfalls. There is an airport in Kalamata, the capital of the municipality, 60 km away. Local transport: bus, coach, taxi, or rented car.
