First-floor apartment in a detached house with private yard, located just 100 meters from the sea. Situated in a quiet area, it offers a pleasant and relaxing stay. The apartment occupies exclusively the first floor and is ideal for families with young children. Guests are welcome to use the garden and the spacious outdoor area for relaxation. A private parking space within the property is also available exclusively for the tenants of the first floor apartment. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away.
The apartment is located in a beautiful area that perfectly combines nature, sea, and mountains. Within just a few minutes, you can reach wonderful beaches with crystal-clear water, ideal for swimming and relaxing. At the same time, the surrounding mountain landscape offers excellent opportunities for walks, hiking, and unforgettable views.The region has a very good infrastructure with numerous taverns, restaurants, cafés, and shopping facilities. Especially in the nearby towns of Nea Vrasna, Asprovalta, and Stavros, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay – from traditional Greek specialties to modern leisure activities.The combination of nature, sea, mountains, and excellent amenities makes this area a perfect holiday destination for those seeking relaxation, families, and active travelers alike.
