Located in the heart of Thessaloniki, in a 1937 listed building, right on the waterfront with mesmerizing sea views and a balcony for taking them in, our three bedroom 120m2 apartment provides ideal accommodation for large families, groups of friends or three adults each wanting a separate room with shared common spaces. The apartment is on the first floor and can be accessed via stairs or a wheelchair accessible elevator and has central radiator heating, ceiling fans and two air-conditioning units. It is large and airy with plenty of separate spaces and it has been fully renovated in 2017. All rooms feature original 1937 hardwood and cement tiles flooring and are furnished with modern design classics and vintage furniture. Bathrooms are covered in marble, the kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, hobs and hood, dishwasher and fridge and has all necessary utensils to prepare as well as enjoy a full meal. Bedrooms offer Coco-Mat mattresses and 100% Egyptian cotton bedding. The living room’s library is filled with literature and art, architecture & psychology books in 10 different languages. There is parking space available in an adjacent parking facility for an extra cost.

The apartment is located in Leoforos Nikis or Nikis Avenue, one of the busiest streets of Thessaloniki. Nikis Avenue is city’s the old waterfront and itself has a very vibrant day and night scene with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. All major tourist attractions such as the White Tower, Hagia Sofia, the Port etc. are a stone’s throw from the apartment.
