The villa occupies the upper floor of a beautiful traditional two-story Santorini home, while the owner resides on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Guests enjoy complete privacy in their accommodation, along with a spacious balcony offering breathtaking sunset views from 300 meters above sea level.
The house consists of one living room, a fuly equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies. The main balcony overlooks the traditional villages of Emporeio, Akrotiri, and Megalochori, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy Santorini's stunning landscape.
The villa is located in a peaceful vineyard setting and is accessible by car via a dirt road. Guests can also reach the property on foot via a scenic historic path connecting Pyrgos and Emporeio (approximately a 20-minute walk).
