The property is ideally located just a 20-minute walk from Skiathos Port and 20 minutes on foot from Xanemos Beach, one of the island’s peaceful and beautiful beaches. The accommodation is located next to Skiathos Airport, giving guests the exciting opportunity to watch airplanes landing from a very close distance — one of the island’s most famous and unique experiences. Only 5 minutes away on foot, visitors can also enjoy the nearby lake, a lovely natural spot perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Inspired by the Greek concept of “xenia” — traditional hospitality, XN Skiathos aims to offer guests comfort, warmth and a memorable stay in Skiathos.
I truly love hosting and it brings me great joy to welcome guests from all around the world. For me, every person is a new story and a unique experience, and I enjoy meeting different personalities and cultures.
