Our holiday home is located just 8 minutes (11 kilometers) outside of the center of Heraklion, on the national road that leads to many well-known places on the island such as Moires, Matala, Zaros, Dafnes, Phaistos. The nearest beach is 10 minutes (9 km) away by car; Ammoudara Beach. There is open free parking space in the garden, suitable for those traveling by car. Large outdoor spaces for families and friends in complete privacy. Discover two different worlds in our backyards! The front yard offers a traditional garden with lawn and games for the children, while the backyard is a place where the aromatic smell of the BBQ meets the atmosphere of relaxation, with a fully equipped BBQ and a large table to enjoy your meals with friends and family. From there, three steps lead you to a charming Mediterranean garden with orange and lemon trees. The space is more private, offering a sense of calm and seclusion for enjoyable moments of relaxation and renewal. Enjoy!

Our holiday home is located just 11 kilometers outside the center of Heraklion, on the national road that leads to many well-known spots of the island such as Moires, Matala, Zaros, Dafnes, Phaistos. The surrounding area has many vineyards, wineries, some small orthodox churches such as Agios Panteleimonas, folklore museum in the village of Dafnes, etc. In the nearby villages you can find local taverns with good and economical food. Also during the summer there are many traditional Cretan feasts. At 8 km. you are at the entrances of Heraklion-Chania and Heraklion-Ag. Nikolaos national roads.
