The house has been completely renovated in 2022 and accommodates two separate apartments and a big garden. This wonderful 120 m² apartment (85 m² living space, 35 m² balcony) on the 1st floor is perfectly suited for a family or a group of friends. The apartment includes two bed rooms, a spacious 45 m² living room (with a bed sofa) and a great kitchen for nice cooking evenings. Furthermore you can relax on one of the two calm balconies with garden/sea view. The apartment provides all modern amenities: - High Speed WLAN - Netflix & Amazon Prime; SAT TV - Well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, pots, pans and cooking supplies) - Air conditioners Start your day with a breakfast and coffee on the apartments balcony while enjoying the fresh salty air and listening to cyclades and birds. Feel free to pick some fresh figs and pomegranates from the garden to make your breakfast extra special! :)

Hi, my name is Yvonne! :) I am from Austria and I am currently living and working in Vienna. When I was a child I also grew up on Aegina as my father fell in love with this beautiful island 30 years ago! After a big renovation this lovely house is now available for the community - Can´t wait to share my home with you guys! Enjoy your day at the lovely sandy beach in Vagia, which is only 5 minutes away and can easily be reached by feet. At the beach you can experience the crystal clear water and an amazing view to Athens especially at night time! Furthermore, the beach is perfectly suitable for children, as there is a natural children's pool! If you feel hungry after swimming try out fresh fish or traditional greek food in one of the delicious tavernas nearby. For home-cooking the next supermarket is only 1,9 km away. Your greek nightlife takes place in Aegina town or Agia Marina - only 10-20 minutes away by motorbike. Both villages offer plenty opportunities including cocktail bars, restaurants and night time shopping.
