The property is newly built and renovated. It has been carefully designed to accomodate a small group of people with exeptional quality accommodation. The property is facing the sea, and the view is breathtaking. The house is placed in the best location of the area, near super market, beaches, restaurants and bars. It is a great choice for someone that wants to reduce movement with the car.

The area is quiet and next to the sea. Marathopolis is a small village in the south western area of Pelopponessus that has many important centers for your vacations. You can find super markets, local fruit and vegetables, restaurants, fish taverns, and bars. Many activities can be executed here, such as swimming, bike riding, walking the beach, and it has an amazing night life.
