We are a family owned company that manages properties all around Greece and was established in 2011 in Thessaloniki. We love to offer in person warm hospitality to our guests and local tips for dining, shopping or any other activity that you may have in mind. Thessaloniki is our hometown and base of the company so we know all good spots, while in Halkidiki, Pelion and Mykonos we do manage and own some selective properties. Our main goal is to tailor our services according to our guests' needs and not simply provide accommodation options to random visitors. Zen Residence is located in a large private lot very close to Lia beach at the southeast side of Mykonos island and offers a unique opportunity to its guests to fully relax and enjoy magical moments during their holidays. It's a minimal and elegant structure providing different and unobstructed views over the Aegean Sea, while amenities and our team services guarantee your peace-of-mind time that you were looking for. Be our guests to spoil you! Both exterior & interior is designed by the infamous spanish architect Javier Barba that describes it "The creation of emotion is one of the objectives of this project, and this is achieved perfectly when you cross the threshold, where a large window in the hall surprises the visitor with a series of wonderful views-first of all the pond, then the infinity pool and finally the sea.". The property follows a linear structure on a single level and the same hall separates the two living areas. "To one side the bedrooms, bathrooms and master suite are laid out positioned at the back to offer more privacy. Neighborhood info

Lia is located at the Southeast side of the island and the white thick sandy beach is just 700m. away from the Residence. There you may find "Liasti" beach club that has a restaurant, lounge shaded area, a bar and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas with very attentive staff. The beach has also another smaller company managing more sunbeds and there is also public space between them. The diving school located here offers courses, recreational dives and introductory dives for bothe certified and non-certified divers, while really interesting are the boat snorkelling trips they do offer at nearby island Dragonisi or around Mykonos itself.
