Our team is made up of Elias, a Karpathos local with deep knowledge of the island, and Mathilde, originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, who brings a Scandinavian eye for quality and guest experience. A highlight of the property is the private pool, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding in a tranquil setting. The outdoor space also includes a stylish lounge area with cozy furniture, creating the perfect spot to relax, as well as an inviting dining area, ideal for enjoying meals with stunning views. Inside, the living room is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a cozy seating area and an 8-foot pool table. The fully equipped kitchen and bar area provide everything needed for preparing meals and enjoying drinks in style. The villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, or couples. It includes two beautifully designed bedrooms: the master bedroom features a luxurious double bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to a balcony with scenic views, while the second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, perfect for additional guests or children. Additionally, there is a second bathroom conveniently located just outside the twin bedroom.

Located just a short walk from Paralia Pigadia, the island’s main beach, guests can enjoy the Aegean waters and golden sands, with a selection of beachfront restaurants offering fresh seafood and traditional Greek cuisine. The area is well-connected, providing easy access to the city of Pigadia, including supermarkets, shops, and local markets.
