All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Private parking for 2–3 cars is also provided. The property is pet-friendly (with responsible supervision) and includes basic amenities suitable for families with young children. It is the perfect choice for those seeking peace and nature, while still being within easy reach of the city. 🔸 Bedroom access policy: For bookings of 2 guests, access is provided to 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. For bookings of 4 guests, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are available. For bookings of 6 or more guests, all bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible. Please note that for bookings of 2 guests, the remaining bedrooms will not be accessible. All other areas of the house (kitchen, living room, terrace, parking, etc.) remain fully and exclusively available to guests. 🔸 Access note: The last approximately 800 meters leading to the property is a dirt road with two uphill sections. It is accessible by car, but extra caution is recommended. 🔸 Additional information: 1) Although a central heating system is installed, it is not in use. 2) Bedrooms are accessed via stairs (interior or exterior). One bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, reached via the interior staircase through the living room. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs, accessible via the exterior staircase, along with a second bathroom. All mattresses and sofas have been professionally cleaned using eco-friendly methods by Clenarades.

The house is located very close to Amarynthos, a charming seaside village that has everything you might need: pharmacy, supermarket, tavernas, cafés, and both organized and quiet beaches — all just a 10-minute drive away. The area is known for its warm hospitality and affordable prices. In just 20 minutes, you can reach Eretria, which offers even more options for dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions (such as the Archaeological Museum and the small islands just offshore). In the opposite direction, Aliveri is also 20 minutes away — a beautiful coastal town with a marina, seafront promenade, and plenty of spots to enjoy local cuisine. If you’re looking to explore some unique beaches, within 40 minutes, you can reach the stunning Mageiras Beach, or Korasida, one of South Evia’s most impressive beaches, known for its crystal-clear waters.
