Please note that the name of the credit card holder should match the staying guest's name. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. Otherwise, hotel do not accept check-in. Please note that the property does not accept bookings made by debit card.

Name changes are strictly prohibited for non-refundable bookings and within the hotel's cancellation policy.

In view of the current pandemic situation, Hotel with immediate effect will charge HK$1,000 per guest room / HK$1,500 per suite as a disinfection fee to all hotel room guests who are classified as preliminary or confirmed cases during the stay at the hotel or within 24 hours of departing the hotel
