“The location was very close to the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. When the staff saw we had washed clothes they left on the AC to help the clothes dry. They had luggage storage before check in. The room had enough space for us and our luggage.”

The Hong Kong Government’s regulation of disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products will be implemented from 22 April 2024. Hotels and guesthouses will no longer offer complimentary disposable toiletries and plastic-bottled water in guest rooms. At The Cityview, we encourage all our guests to bring their own toothpaste, toothbrush, and personal care items during their stay. Please contact the hotel for details.

Guests who shorten their stay after check-in may be charged an additional penalty fee.

Please note that all cancellations, modifications and no-show charges are subject to a service charge.

Credit card details must be provided upon making any reservations. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card prior to arrival as a guarantee of arrival. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in and paying at the hotel.

Guest rooms are subject to restrictions on group gatherings. All visitors are required to register at our front desk before entering the guest room. For security reasons, visitors are not allowed to stay overnight from 11:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
