Roatan Property Management is owned and operated by Stella and Fran Marazzito who moved to Roatan from New York’s Hudson Valley in 1999, and built their home just outside of West End. With combined experience in Real Estate, Project Management and Commercial & Residential Cleaning Services, managing properties was a natural fit and in 2001 Roatan Property Management was formed.
