Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Right next to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining room and the cozy living room. Going up a small flight of stairs from the living room, you’ll access the 4 private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. Then, a couple more steps will take you to the house’s small terrace. At the heart of the property is the pool, where you can spend a refreshing afternoon. The pool area is equipped with a pavilion where you can relax in the shade, with two tables and five chairs at each. There is also a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor gatherings. From this central area or from inside the house, you can access the cozy little terrace.
