When you park your car at our free parking site in front of the house, you will walk a few steps upstairs to arrive at the entrance area of the house. Pass the entrance to the apartment and stairs to the upper floor on your right side. After the stairs you will find the entrance to your studio on the right side. The studio is a bit hidden and offers you privacy. The entry door of the small and cosy studio is part of a glass wall that extends the studio. When you open it you can extend your living space with the private cozy terrace in front of the studio. Everything is ready for your breakfast at the terrace. Or just enjoy your favorite beer or glass of wine at the end of the day. The living space is a cozy room with an in-built kitchen. You can close the cupboard door if you do not need the kitchen. The couch can be extended and offers sleeping space for 2 persons. The bedroom gives you a feeling of a fresh summer morning in the Alps of Austria. During your shower you can enjoy the palm beach from Bali. All the pictures on the walls are taken by us during our travels through the world. Let us know your favorite when you give us feedback! The whole studio and the terrace in front of it is just for you. The wash kitchen is at the area of the car park and is used by other guests too. My wife and I are together for almost 20 years now and we have traveled to many places in the world. Together, we have visited 24 countries. We have seen beautiful waterfalls in Cambodia, meter long white sand beaches in Australia and Indonesia. We have hiked through rain forests in Australia and ate ants and other insects for lunch in Laos. We have even cleaned elephant poo in a beautiful elephant conservation center in the jungles of Laos. But there is no place so far that touched our hearts that deeply as Rogoznica. We will not be physically there during your stay. However, we want you to have an extraordinary stay and are available for your questions. We will try to answer as soon as possible. If you something needs to be repaired in the apartment, let us know and we will send our site manager to help you out.

This small village with its ~2300 inhabitants (2011) inhabitants is a hidden gem in the coasts of Croatia. Some whispers call it the “Monte Carlo” of Croatia. Through the peninsula it is protected from the strong winds during the summer bathing trips. It still offers the feeling of a wide and open ocean, and you can even see wild dolphins when you visit during the right time. For sailing lovers, the Marina Frapa offers everything that your heart needs. Rogoznica is very accessible and conveniently located. It is only a 32 km drive from the international Split airport (SPU) and close to popular touristic destinations, such as Primosten (8km drive), Trogir (30 km drive), Sibenik (38 km drive) and Split (53 km drive). An adventurous trip to the impressive National Park Krka is only a 44 km drive away.
