ABI Attic Apartment is located in the attic of a family house in Crnica, a quiet neighborhood, only 5 minutes by foot away from the city beach Banj and 15 minues walk from the city center of Šibenik. The ABI apartment is newly renovated and airy, has plenty of daylight and is located at an ideal altitude from which a wonderful view of the Šibenik archipelago and the fortress of St. Michael. ABI Attic Apartment consists of one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine, a spacious living room with a large sofa and a dining room with a kitchen and all the necessary equipment for preparing meals and enjoying your vacation. One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is the spacious terrace, ideal for enjoying the first coffee and breakfast and watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The view from the terrace that extends over old Šibenik under the fortress of St. Michael and the beautiful sea and Šibenik archipelago will leave you breathless!

Crnica is one of the most attractive neighborhoods in Šibenik, only a 15-minute walk from the city center and right next to the sea and the city beach Banj. Crnica is a peaceful, quiet and safe family neighborhood where there are mostly family houses and there is a lot of greenery. In Crnica you will find everything you need during your stay in Šibenik: pharmacy, grocery store, beach, sports field, playground for children. Near Crnica there is a beautiful fortress of St. Michael, one of the most beautiful open concert stages on the Adriatic, where famous world stars perform every summer.
