Cosy, quiet place with plenty of space in and around the villa. It has its own parking lot with space for 5 cars. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a large terrace (about 70m2) from which you have a beautiful view of the sea. On the terrace there is a BBQ grill, and in front of the villa there is a heated and cooled swimming pool with automatic water quality maintenance and plenty of space for sunbathing. Many Mediterranean plants surround the villa and there is even a playground for children.

My name is Predrag and professionally I run a private business. I have always had a passion for art, especially music. Even today I play in a rock'n'roll band. Thanks to the many performances in my youth, communication and socializing is no problem. I also like to do sports. Do not hesitate to contact me at any time, I am more than happy to answer any questions.

There are many beautiful sand and pebble beaches near the villa. On the waterfront there are many great restaurants that offer fresh fish from the Adriatic Sea. Locals also offer traditionally made "Paški sir" - the famous cheese of Pag - and olive oil. Near Jakišnica, in the village of Lun, there is the oldest olive tree in the Lun olive garden. There are regular guided tours of the garden available. If you like to party, Zrće beach is also not far away.
