The apartment is spread across 45 square meters of living space and a 25 square meter terrace. The living space consists of 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (for 4 people), kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed (for 1 person). The outdoor area consists of a terrace and a wood-burning barbecue.

Neighborhood info

In only 5 minutes of walk downhill you will reach center of Mlini and a bay filled with beaches. From there within easy walking distance you will find all kinds of beaches, bars, restaurants, lovely children playgrounds surrounded with pine trees, as well as a small harbour where you can take a boat directy to the city of Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Lokrum and one day trips to the islands. All kinds of sport activitiesa are available on site including water skiing, kayaking, diving, tubes, as well as renting a motor boat, jet ski and pedal boat. We are very well connected with local bus to Dubrovnik and Cavtat (bus stop 100 meters away, timetable every 30 minutes). 1,5 kilometers from the Villa you will find post office, bank, gasoline station, and shoping mall (with a big supermarket)
