The Apartment Antica is located in the town of Komiža on the island of Vis. The town of Komiža is a 15-minute drive from Vis via the new road, while the old road through fields and villages takes 25 to 30 minutes, depending on speed. The property is situated at 15 Put Benediktinaca Street, opposite the fire station. Apartment Antica consists of a family apartment for 5 people and an apartment for 1 person looking for relaxation away from work and stress. The property has a BBQ, and city beaches such as Kamenice, Lučica, and Jurkovica are nearby. Upon arrival in the town of Vis from the ferry, which operates three times daily in the summer, and an additional catamaran service, follow the road to Komiža. After leaving the ferry, turn left and follow the main road (the new road) towards Komiža. After a 10-15 minute drive, a beautiful view of the town of Komiža in the bay and the islands of Biševo, Sveti Andrija, and Brusnik opens up at the widening. After enjoying the panorama and descending through the curves into the town, there is a black anchor at the intersection; continue straight (DO NOT TURN RIGHT INTO THE TOWN!). After 350 to 400 meters, on the left side, you will see the Komiža Fire Station, and Apartment Antica is located to the right of the fire station, next to the yellow house in the middle where two houses are connected. Parking is located down the street to the left; if possible and recommended, park towards the cemetery if there is no parking available on the street, as the property does not have its own parking space.

The neighborhood is located not far from the city center and is known for the former Neptun fish factory, which distributed sardines throughout the former country and abroad. The neighborhood has a peaceful character, and within the area, there is a fire station, a children's playground, beaches, and a disco club on Kamenice beach.
