The apartment is located in the southern part of Karlovca, on the first floor of the residential building, in a peaceful and quite district Drežnik. Luminous with a lot of daily light, air condition, work desk, free WIFE, bedside cabinets, modernly furnished with a small kitchen connected with modular living room, which are by small corridor separated from the big bedroom and bathroom. In kitchen you have refrigerator with freezer, own with cooking plate, complete dinning utensils and electric water heater.Free parking place in front of the building.
The apartment is about 10 minutes walking distance from the old town city center, where you can find rich offer of pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, coffee bars, supermarkets..., fitness, swimming pool, and other sports and shopping canters, market is about 15 minutes walking distance ....... There are also beautiful parks which are part of the remains of the historical core of the old town city centre called“Zvijezda” and other sights: Miljokaz, Zorin Dom theatar, church of the Holly Trinity, Musical Pavilion, fortress Old town Dubovac in which are museum and restaurant Kastel, Town museum......From river Korana and swimming area - Foginovo you are about 20 minutes walking, there beside the beach you have an athletic track, open fitness area, tennis courts, Aquatika Freshwater Aquarium, horse ridding club, where you can go for ridding.... Bus and train station are about 450m away, Franjo Tuđman airport in Velika Gorica is about 51km away, Zagreb - 45km, Plitvica lakes - 83km , Top Terme Topusko - 48km.
