Hello, we are the third generation of hosts. Our first guests arrived at the facility in the 1930s. Gradually, the building changed over the generations. We also wanted to keep some memories so that the building also has some original parts from the 1920s. when part of the house was built. Over the years, we have also made many friends from all over the world and we are looking forward to our guests spending a pleasant holiday. We are looking forward to your arrival .

Pinezic Apartments is a welcoming, family-run accommodation set in an exceptional seaside location on the island of Krk. The beach is only about 30 meters away, with a green park, children’s playground, seaside promenade, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. With a proud family tradition of hospitality dating back to the 1930s, the property offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with an authentic local touch. Guests can also enjoy a shared garden area, perfect for unwinding outdoors.

During the peak summer season, the area has a lively coastal atmosphere as visitors enjoy the beach, promenade, and surrounding parks, while outside the main season it becomes more peaceful and ideal for relaxing seaside walks along the promenade just below the house.
