Apartman "Roza 2" se nalazi na 2 km udaljenosti od centra Ploča. Sadrži 1 spavaću sobu, kuhinju s blagovaonicom, dnevni boravak, jedna kupaonica s toaletom i terasu s koje se pruža pogled na zaljev. Soba je s bračnim krevetom (postoji dodatna soba s dva pomoćna single kreveta pogodna za dvije odrasle osobe ) te je dostupan i dječji krevetić ( ograda ). Kuhinja je opremljena svim sadržajima, dnevni boravak s udobnim kaučom, tv-om ravnog ekrana i satelitskim programom. U neposrednoj blizini su Baćinska jezera, ušće Neretve s prekrasnim pješčanim plažama koji pružaju razne vodene i sportske aktivnosti. Grad Dubrovnik (zračna luka) je na 110 km udaljenosti. Trajektna luka za poluotok Pelješac je na 2 km udaljenosti od objekta. Ovaj klimatizirani objekt nudi besplatan wi fi i parking.
