The apartment has been newly renovated with new cooling and heating technologies as well as entertainment devices (new air conditioning, underfloor heating, andriod TV ). It is located near beaches and a large number of amenities such as: Plav Beach 400m, Porporela Beach 500m, FKK Beach Krk 700m, City Center 350m, Gym 15m... The apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a large spacious living room where you can enjoy a large Android TV, a modern kitchen with new coffee machine and other modern devices, a dining area with a large table, two large balconies for morning enjoyment as and a large Mediterranean garden with a barbecue and a place to eat. There is free parking and free Wi-Fi within the building.
Quiet neighborhood near the beach and the City Center.
