Apartment Noemi is located in Apševci, a few kilometers from the Zagreb Lipovac highway exit. The village is on the edge of the forest and a river runs through it, making it an ideal place if you want to take a walk in the forest or enjoy the sunset on the river. In the village itself there is a Catholic church, a cafe Plus, a community center and a football field, while the neighboring town of Lipovac, only 2 kilometers away, has two churches, one in the center and one on Lučica, which is over 1000 years old, a cafe Kremer, four grocery stores, two stores Boso, Patričar and Bošković.
