The facility Perunika is just some 100 meters from the beach. The town centre is about 500 meters away ( a 5-minute walk on foot ). The sea-side promenade leads to Crikvenica in just half an hour of leisure walk.
The apartment Perunika, situated on high ground floor has been modernly equipped in 2021. The other apartment, Superior Bugenvilija, on the first floor has been also modernly furnished in 2023. Both apartments are air-conditioned, fully equipped, with free Wifi and balcony.
I am exstremely pleased to be your host. Ever since 1987. when my parents rented rooms, until the present days when I am pursuing the tradition in renovated apartments, my objective has always been to make my guests satisfied, hoping they will cherish beautiful memories of the holidays spent at my place and in Selce. I enjoy the sea and, although I was born in Selce, this pleasure will never abandon me.
I am interested in technics, film, music, excursions and enjoy good food in restaurants. As your host I shall do my best to offer you my services, whenever you may need them.
Selce offers beautiful sandy, pebble and rocky beaches, clear sea and walking trails. The sandy beach is just 100 meters away from the facility, suitable for children. Guests usually like to visit the nearby tows of Rijeka, Opatija, the neighbouring Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski, Senj, Fužine make excursions to the islands of Rab and Krk or take panoramic tourist boat tours. Equally appealing are visits to the National Parks: Plitvice lakes, Brijuni, Risnjak, Sjeverni Velebit, the Krka waterfalls.
